Overview

We're seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts with law enforcement agencies, prosecutor's offices, and large investigative organizations. You'll be responsible for building relationships, understanding complex procurement processes, and demonstrating how ClearPath.AI can transform evidence processing workflows. This role requires someone who understands both technology and the unique needs of public sector buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for enterprise law enforcement and legal customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
  • Navigate complex public sector procurement processes and requirements
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Develop proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand customer needs
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Attend industry conferences and events to build network
  • Provide customer feedback to product team to inform roadmap
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR)
  • Experience selling to government, law enforcement, or legal organizations
  • Understanding of public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 40%)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling legal technology, e-discovery, or digital forensics solutions
  • Background in law enforcement, legal, or criminal justice
  • Understanding of CJIS compliance and security requirements
  • Network of contacts in law enforcement and legal communities
  • Experience with government contracting and GSA schedules
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and ability to explain technical concepts
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • MBA or advanced degree
