Executive Advisor

CEO Advisor
Ron Vangell is a software industry veteran and early-stage investor with 30+ years of executive leadership. He co-founded and led Magellan Software through its acquisition by Gauss Interprise AG (GSOG), where he served as CEO. He later held senior roles at OpenText (OTEX) spanning business units, M&A, and product launch. He was an early stakeholder at Quest Software (QSFT) and is Principal at Winchester Private Equity.
As CEO Advisor to EvidaraIQ, Ron guides company building, enterprise go-to-market, and strategic partnerships, and drawing on shared OpenText lineage with ClearPath.AI's founding team.
Leadership

CTO & Co-Founder
Dan Aeschliman spent nearly 25 years at OpenText, advancing from Senior Software Engineer to Senior Enterprise Architect. He designed scalable integration architectures for data governance, security, and compliance, led cross-functional teams across the US, Germany, and India, and integrated OpenText products with Salesforce for environments where trust and auditability are non-negotiable.
As CTO and Co-Founder of EvidaraIQ, Dan leads the technical vision for ClearPath.AI, a cloud-native platform built on Salesforce Government Cloud, designed to meet CJIS and FedRAMP mandates from day one. He drives strategy and partnerships across GovTech, AI, and digital forensics.

Patrick Tardif
VP of Engineering & Architecture
Patrick Tardif is a technology executive with 20+ years building and scaling AI-powered, mission-critical platforms for public safety, government, and enterprise. He led architecture and engineering for an AI gunshot-detection platform integrated with Computer-Aided Dispatch systems nationwide—combining deep learning, real-time geospatial analytics, and cloud-scale distributed systems—and contributed to a successful NASDAQ IPO.
As VP of Engineering & Architecture at EvidaraIQ, Patrick partners with the CTO to scale ClearPath.AI—accelerating delivery of defensible AI and the platform reliability law enforcement and prosecutors depend on.

VP of Operations & Co-Founder
Madhu Peethala built his career at OpenText, progressing from engineering into program and operations leadership. He led cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, and deployment teams, and built repeatable processes for audit-ready systems in regulated environments, which is experience that directly informs EvidaraIQ's approach.
As VP of Operations and Co-Founder, Madhu leads operational execution for ClearPath.AI, including compliance readiness, internal systems, and cross-functional coordination. He drives CJIS alignment, FedRAMP trajectory, and SOC 2 readiness while building scalable processes for law enforcement and public sector customers.
Advisory Board

Joseph Alba
Advisor, Law Enforcement & Accountability
Joseph Alba brings more than 50 years of frontline law enforcement experience across local and federal agencies. A retired Los Angeles Police Department veteran, he continues to serve in an active role providing layered security for Ninth Circuit and Central District Court facilities. His background includes high risk gang and narcotics investigations, as well as command roles during major civil unrest, giving him deep operational insight into real world investigative and public safety challenges.
In his final assignment, Joseph led work on TEAMS II, a system to track, monitor, and analyze Use of Force incidents for the City of Los Angeles. As an advisor to ClearPath.AI, he brings a practitioner's perspective on investigative integrity, risk reduction, and the operational realities facing modern law enforcement.

Advisor, Digital Forensics & Product Strategy
Raul Vallejo is a retired law enforcement professional with decades of experience across investigative and digital forensics roles. His background includes handling sensitive evidence, performing expert forensic analysis, and producing court-ready documentation supporting complex cases. Raul holds an advanced degree in Digital Forensics Science from Champlain College and is completing a degree in Information Security.
As an advisor to ClearPath.AI, Raul brings a practitioner's perspective on digital forensics workflows, chain of custody, and the needs of investigators and prosecutors. His experience directly informs the platform's product direction and capabilities.

Advisor, Digital Forensics & Litigation Support
Alexander Harbitz is a digital forensic examiner with more than a decade of law enforcement experience in cyber investigations, digital evidence review, and litigation support. His work spans mobile devices, computers, cloud based evidence, metadata analysis, and forensic image validation in investigative and courtroom settings. He holds dual master's degrees in Cybersecurity and Criminal Justice and is CISSP certified.
As an advisor to ClearPath.AI, Alex brings a practitioner's perspective on how investigators, forensic examiners, and attorneys review digital evidence, assess reliability, and translate technical findings into defensible, court ready outcomes. His experience helps validate product direction against real world investigative and legal workflows and strengthening founder market fit for a platform built for courtroom scrutiny.
