Senior AI/ML Engineer
Priority hireClearPath.AI is in active development with expected launch Q1 2027. You'll join as an early builder — high ownership, direct founder access, and real influence over architecture and product direction.
Why this role now
Core to shipping our explainable AI layer before beta.
Overview
We're seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead development of defensible AI systems for digital evidence processing. You'll design machine learning models that meet the highest standards of transparency, auditability, and courtroom defensibility. As a founding engineer, you'll shape technical architecture alongside our CTO — not inherit it. Stack includes Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, cloud ML infrastructure, explainability tooling, and integration with our Salesforce GovCloud platform.

- •Create comprehensive documentation and audit trails for all AI decisions
- •Implement model versioning, monitoring, and performance tracking systems
- •Research and evaluate ML techniques applicable to legal technology
- •Contribute to foundational technical architecture decisions
- •Ensure AI systems are designed for legal and regulatory compliance from the start
